The Art of Sushi From the East to West coast

Chef DJ -  DJ is a well seasoned veteran chef with 15+ years of experience in the sushi industry.  
His humble beginnings in a small SoCal sushi shop fueled his passion to learn the art of this particular Japanese cuisine.  
Throughout the years DJ has assisted various well-known sushi establishments around the LA area like Bond St at Thompson Hotel Beverly Hills, and Blue Ribbon to name a few. 


He eagerly accepted opportunities to learn from leading sushi masters to further diversify and enhance his skills.  This dedication has allowed him to travel and train within the walls of Morimoto (by the Iron Chef) in Philadelphia, and Uchiko by Chef Tyson Cole in Texas.  

From the prep work that happens in the backend to the details and diligence that takes place in front of the cutting board, DJ sought to understand all components that make a sushi establishment great.  
Whether you are looking to plan a private party or a grand event, you can trust that Chef DJ has got your back.  DJ looks forward to sharing all that he has learned and preparing only the best dining experience in the comfort of your own home.
